About Maija's Georgian Kitchen

Hello there! I’m Maija, your friendly foodie from Georgia. My heart is steeped in the wonderful traditions of my homeland, and that’s where my love for cooking really took off! Honestly, there’s something incredibly special about cooking up a meal and watching the smiles light up the faces of family and friends as they enjoy it—it's truly the most rewarding experience! I enjoy dabbling in a variety of cuisines, but Georgian dishes hold a special place in my heart. They’re filled with beloved recipes that have been cherished through the generations, handed down from my grandparents and my lovely mum. 

Now that I’m here in England, I pour all that passion and tradition into every dish I create. I take on private orders and often set up shop at local farmers’ markets to share some of my culinary treasures. The warm reception received from everyone melts my heart and inspires me to bring a taste of my heritage to all of you. I can’t wait to whip up something delicious for you soon!!
